SW Strategies beefs up Malaysian team with new hire
SINGAPORE, 1 OCTOBER 2025 – Regional public affairs and strategic communications advisory firm SW Strategies which has client interests across the major markets within Southeast Asia is proud to announce the appointment of Noor Adleena Saiful who will join the team in Malaysia from 1 October 2025 onwards.
Having begun her career as an in-house corporate communications executive for a hospital service provider, Adleena is now keen to leverage her media relations and reputation management expertise to enhance narrative building for SW Strategies’ regional clients.
With a bachelor’s degree in Communication (Strategic Communication) from Multimedia University in Malaysia, Adleena is a self-proclaimed ‘yapper-storyteller’, whose goal is to evoke laughter all around.
“Personal circumstances led me into working for a hospital support service, where I honed my discipline and organisational skills but, most important of all, my empathy,” said Adleena.
“Yet my heart has always yearned for PR, where I hope to sharpen my skills as the ‘puppet master’ – from crafting the show to pulling the strings to ensure the story lands where it should.
“This new role at SW Strategies is the next chapter of my career and life that I’m very much looking forward to.”
Adleena joins both Nur Atiqa (photo) and Aimi Ghazemy who are already based in Malaysia, who are supporting clients like Arthur D. Little and QI Group, among others.
With a growing market footprint across Southeast Asia, SW Strategies now serves as the agency on record for clients across digital infrastructure, education, and non-profit sectors, among others.
The firm is also supporting high-impact communications and engagement initiatives for stakeholders in various industries, including tech, property, aviation, hospitality, and e-sports.
As SW Strategies continues to scale over the last 20 months, the firm has rapidly grown into a holistic full-service public affairs and communications consultancy with full-time team members across six of the major markets within Southeast Asia.
“Given the demands of our existing client base, it is vital that we continue to be able to provide them with the service they expect of us” said Jose Raymond, Managing Director of SW Strategies in Southeast Asia.
“We are proud to have Adleena join us so that we can continue building on our strengths as a team which is connected with our stakeholders within Southeast Asia.”
