SW Strategies moves into Ann Siang Hill as part of growth strategy
SINGAPORE, 19 AUGUST 2025 – SW Strategies, a Singapore-based public relations and strategic communications firm with a presence around Southeast Asia, is thrilled to announce its relocation to a new office at Ann Siang Road in the heart of the city in Singapore.
The move marks a significant milestone for the firm, which has evolved from a predominantly remote and co-working operation into a central hub for collaboration, creativity, and client engagement.
Founded in 2016, SW Strategies has steadily expanded its presence in Southeast Asia, with full-time consultants across Singapore, Malaysia, Thailand, Indonesia, Vietnam, and the Philippines. Its diverse client portfolio spans real estate, technology, early childhood education, and other dynamic sectors over the last 18 months.
As the firm continues to grow and expand its reach, the demand for a physical office space for the team and the firm’s future strategic direction became somewhat evident, and a strategic necessity, even when a hybrid working model is still very much in favour.
“This move into Singapore’s golden district represents a step forward for our firm’s future. It’s about creating a collaborative environment while evolving with the needs of our clients,” said Founder and Managing Director, Jose Raymond.
“Moving forward, this new office will be the launchpad for us to deliver greater results and push our capabilities to the next level.”
Strategically located at 24A Ann Siang Road, an area known for its heritage charm, creative energy, and proximity to Singapore’s central business district, the new space features dedicated areas for team meetings, client sessions, and a fully equipped studio for media interviews and podcast production. The studio will also be fitted with cutting-edge tools to bolster the firm’s growing digital content capabilities.
Apart from Singapore’s number one independent sports platform TMSG, SW Strategies also started a podcast “HR Won’t Like This” at the start of 2025, featuring two of our colleagues – Aimi Ghazemy and Danial Halim.
This move underscores SW Strategies’s commitment to growth, innovation, and delivering impactful results for clients navigating the fast-evolving Southeast Asian market.
The firm is already planning to leverage the new space to better serve its base of existing clients, and the prospects which the firm has in its current pipeline over the next few months. Among the firms currently on its roster are QI Group, Arthur D. Little and MapleBear Asiawide.
